Needed urgent assistance from an electrician and called this company. Very polite and organised someone to come round that afternoon. The Electrician was polite and did everything properly including fixing a few non-urgent things like bathroom lights to make up the hour. Charged exactly what was agreed no hidden extras.I have only had bad experiences with tradespeople in London so was very surprised by how professional and honest this service was. Will definitely be using for non-urgent work in the future.

I found this company from a search of the heaters I had in a rented property. They told me an electrician would go and find the problem with the heaters. The electrician who visited the property told my tenant the wiring 'wasn't safe' and then left my tenant abandoned with this apparently 'unsafe' situation. My tenant was so worried they called me in panic saying they didn't feel safe there and basically threatened me they would move out. The electrician who apparently spoke broken english never called me to discuss this issue. Instead head office sent me a bill for their diagnosis. I couldn't believe they hadn't even tried to resolve the issue and left, wanting to charge me with absolutely nothing fixed. In my eyes these quote charging businesses are a scam. I called another electrician who went to the property spent an hour there and fixed the problem all for the same price as their quotation. Not only do I not recommend this company but these types of 'services' shouldn't even exist.

We had a power cut on a Sunday afternoon and I found this company on Google. The service was great! Marian was here just 40 minutes after my call and he fixed the problem in less than 3 hours. The price was relatively high but it is to be expected for an emergency call on a Sunday. Overall, great experience!

We had the main inlet to our flat suddenly fail. The electrician came, diagnosed the problem, called for backup and resolved it on the same day. They worked quickly to make sure we weren’t without power for too long as it was a cold, winter night.All of the electricians were professional and friendly and they left the building clean and tidy every time, despite significant drilling.

The service was excellent from start to finish. My initial enquiry was answered promptly, and my questions answered fully. Ioan arrived at exactly 8am as arranged and promptly removed two storage heaters, and even offered to hoover up the debris that remained!
